Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
Press 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
box jumps on 36″ box
pull ups w/ 50lbs: 2, 2, 1
Squat 3×5: 320lbs
press 3×5: 165lbs
we have one booster which brings the box up to 42″… but that wasn’t happening with the quarters today. pull ups with 50# was tough. squat and press felt good though.
