Complete 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:
12 rounds of on the minute 2 squats @ 325lbs
10to1 Chin Ups/Pullups: 6:47
as with most of these workouts, the first couple of rounds were pretty easy. rounds 9-12 not so much. i short catching of the breath and then we jumped into Chin Ups and Push Ups… i kipped the chin ups because of the timing of the exercise and was still only able to do doubles when on 7 and 6… but the first couple of rounds felt good. push ups were not much of a problem.
