Insanity – Day 33: Core Cardio & Balance

at this point, i must thank Joseph for waking up at 6:05 – waking me up with him and getting me out of the house a little late, but with enough time to get my workout in. today was much better than yesterday, able to hold the shoulder burners longer and the hip flexor burners weren’t AS bad. but the arches were still aching right after the warmup. i think part of it is this weeks warmup is atypical – shoes might be part of it, but today i wore the older shoes and still achy. one more day of ‘recovery week’ and then we get into MAX workouts… eek!

Insanity – Day 33: complete!

inspirational quote of the day:

julie, that’s a great question – so far i’ve missed three days, but they’ve been about a week apart, each. i just kept moving forward with the program. missing three days in a row is another beast altogether. you’re pretty far along and having to start over kinda blows…

maybe instead of starting over you just start at week 3? cuz you’ve done the second fit test, if it fits your schedule, try just starting at day 16 (Plyometric Cardio Circuit).

while, i’m not completely sure what Shaun T would suggest the best plan of attack for this situation is, i would restart at day 16. GOOD LUCK and DIG DEEPER!
