recovery week! a different brand of workout this week – the same workout all week – but the variation is good. the last 4 weeks i’ve been doing th same 4-5 workouts and i was beginning to get bored with them (i have the attention span of a gnat, so…). i kept thinking “i’ve got all these other DVDs, let’s do something different today.” but there is a program and i’m following it.
on saturday i posted about my bad eating habits and then i proceeded to eat very poorly this weekend. time to get serious about the eating. primarily, i need to stop overeating. so we’ll start there. small meals! (baby steps, right?)
