it seems every thursday when i wake up and struggle to get over to the fitness center, that i’m so thankful for the cardio recovery workout – until i start doing the recovery workout. i know i’ve never trained extensively for sitting and holding a deep squat position for any period of time (and the same with lunges), but man that is not easy for me. i don’t know if i’m supposed to sweat as much as i do through the recovery workout. at least i’m working hard 🙂

breaking my routine of working out every day a couple jobs back was the worst thing i’ve ever done and i’m still paying for it today
