how much of a pain in the @$$ can it get? well, at least we know where we’re goin, but the bank we decided on at first (through primerica financial services) was a complete waste of time – i’m pretty sure we’re on our 3rd or 4th account manager or rep or whatever they call em. so to you bastards i say – fudgeya!

been there….it pretty much sucks because there will be one that you really really like and you won’t be able to qualify or some crap like that. we got lucky…our mortgage guy hooked us up with everything, so we didn’t have to bother with anything else. but it’s all worth it in the end.
T. It does suck, I talked to 5 mortgage consultants before settling with one. I just closed on my house not too long ago (June 30). Lucky for you, you don’t have to do it yourself like myself (by the way congrats). Get ready to buy things that you would’ve never imagined buying.
