i have no clue what my 1RM for Power Snatch is, so i just played with the weight a lil bit. settled on 135lbs, but i really think that was too light. post workout, i did some light squats just to remind myself that squats are fun, not that i ever need that reminder, i just didn’t have enough time to do the full 3×5 that was prescribed for today.
