pSnatch: 135, 155, 165, 175, 175…
apparently, i can’t count in the morning. and i didn’t have time to get the DB Rows in this morning. Toes to Bars suck, almost as bad as pull ups. for those not in the know, T2Bs are you’re hanging from a pull up bar and you raise your toes to the bar – a very icky ab exercise. i’m sure i’ll feel this tomorrow AM when i try to get out of bed.
