what a weekend! this weekend was a weekend that was in the planning stages for a while – and boy was it worth it. my family took a bus trip to green bay, wi for the packers/giants game. the game suckd, cuz the packers didn’t play very well and lost, but the trip was…well, there are no words. right now (tuesday) i still don’t have my voice back and that’s apparently fun for some people.

this was a typical tarasewicz gathering – we’re all a lot goofy and our gatherings are always full of adult-style beverages, laughs and memory making events. this trip, no exception. we left superior, wi at 7am, picked up another crew in ashland, wi and the last group in hurley, wi. made a ‘quick’ stop in menaqua, wi at a small packer shop, and a stop in wausau, wi for some eats. the 55 passenger bus, for the majority of the trip, contained 45ish peeps, the extra seats were for the coolers. need i say more?

we had a tailgating party inside the atrium at lambeau field, where there was a band and allyoucaneat/drink foods/beverages before the game. we had people lined up along the balconies watching the tarasewicz’s be tarasewicz’s in front of the stage. strangers were asking for pictures with us, as some were dressed for the occasion, if you know what i mean. pictures will be passed around and i’ve gotten some already – if you’re lucky i’ll post some and you’ll see, in a glimpse, the fun times that were had this weekend.

all in all, the trip was a blast but something was missing – that would be my uncle dean. he’s currently stationed in iraq – he was missed plenty. next year, we’re already planning another trip and he’ll be back by then, so next year will be many fun times – yay for fun times.

oh, i also got a couple text messages from you and i chatted with you whilst yous was at the DDays game. ahhhhh, good times – course, i was at curly’s pub in the atrium at lambeau field at the time, so i’m not sure who had the gooder of circumstances.
