Five rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups

Erin is the name of this workout. the crossfit team names workouts after fallen soldiers and heroes. it’s pretty cool to see the response of the crossfit community in the comments. people do care and are extremely grateful for the service of the many men and women in our military and the service of policemen/women, firefighters and the like. often times i regret not going into the military.

My Time:

17:00
adjusted i only did 10 pullups each round, not 21. 21 pullups would’ve taken about 3 hours i think. we’ll work on the pullups.
